I presented my Health Disparities research about Diagnostic Delay of Celiac Disease amongst Black and Hispanic Americans at the UC Davis Medical Center Education Campus to propose possible interventions at different scales.

I mentored new Graphic Design students through the process of creating a city campaign and showed them how to think beyond the scope of a project to apply the experience to future projects.

I spoke on the local radio about the politics of museums, farm worker news, and my most recent research paper about local museum display practices.

I received University Honors for my thesis project and presented the research and prototyping process at the Undergraduate Research Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference. I was able to defend my Design choices and explain the importance of encouraging Design discussions to support the student academic experience.

I organized Alumni Networking Day to reunite the UC Davis Design community with current students. The event included keynote speakers, a post-graduation panel, and workshops led by department organizations. I moderated the panel.

My Gilman Scholar Outreach included creating a panel with Professors, Global Learning Program Enrollment Staff, Department Advisors, and Financial Aid Advisors. This became an annual format that the Department of Design began to replicate.
